Danglefoot nail polish “Let’s Talk Glitter” Review

Here is the second polish from Hayley – called “Let’s Talk Glitter” and oh my is it aptly named. It’s just SO SHINY AND SPARKWY! 

Before we properly start – you’ll be able to get this polish on Hayley’s Etsy store “Danglefoot Nail Polish”

And here it is in the shade – still sparkly as hell (which probably actually isn’t sparkly at all – “Hi there I’m Satan. Have some glitter✨✨” 

 

Okay so let me do the one coat, two coat, two coat top coat dealio. 

Here’s the one coat close up macro – as you can see it doesn’t have as much coverage as “B-Limey” but still loads. I probably wouldn’t wear this as just one coat though.    
Here’s the far away shot – you can see how it’s not all as even as it was for “B-Limey” 

  

Here’s the two coat. Now THATS what I’m talking about. For reals this is like PERFECT coverage. I can’t see any space where I’ve missed.   

Far away shot?- yah. Perfect. Just topcoatage needed.   

I MEAN LOOK AT THAT SHINE THOUGH!

Overall the three C’s:

Colour – 10 

Coverage – 9 (it’s a 9 because it had slightly less coverage than “B-Limey” but still amazing – this was just two coats and a topcoat)

Cost – 8 for polishes overall 10 for indie polishes (indies tend to be more expensive than the “mainstream high street” brands. But at £3.25 for small bottles and £5.75 for big ones this is still WAY cheaper than polishes like Nails Inc, Essie or Lottie London.) 

Danglefoot Nail Polish “B-Limey” Review

Hi again lovers. Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Drama with work. Basically I don’t work anymore. Great huh haha. Nah it’s fine – I wasn’t enjoying it at all. Anyways down to this swatchy swatch. 

BEFORE I START: you can get this polish on Hayley’s Etsy shop “Danglefoot Nail Polish” probably in a few weeks once she has released them 😁💜 

Don’t you just LOVE this colour? Like for reals This is “B-Limey” by Hayley at Danglefoot Nail Polish. This was just 2 coats and a top coat. It’s so packed with glitter that I didn’t need to use the “maximum glitter payoff method” at all for this. It’s crazy. 
Here’s just one coat of this gorgeousness. Can you see the density of glitter? There’s maximum coverage with just this one coat.  Here’s a shot showing you what they look like from afar with just one coat. 

   Could totally get away with just one coat. I mean if you had a colour base coat underneath. Just to fill the teenie gaps. BUT JUST WAIT FOR THE TWO COAT MAGICNESS! 
See how it LITERALLY fills everything in? Like I can’t see any of my natural nail (apart from the obvious) it’s so pretty. 

  And here’s the far away shot. Just prepare yourself. 

  Wasn’t lying was I? It’s glorious. 

Here’s the close up of it WITH a topcoat. I used Revlon “No Chip” top coat. I think top coats just finish everything off and make it all smooth.

Colour: 10 (because I normally don’t like green – but this is amazing)

Cost: 8 (indies tend to be more expensive than mainstream brands – at £3.25 for mini bottles and £5.75 for big bottles it’s still HEAPS cheaper than brands like Essie or Nails Inc)

Danglefoot Nail Polish – “Glass of Fizz”

Hey there, as you may have guessed I’m catching up on my blog posts 🙂 So I thought I should do a proper review of Danglefoot Nail Polishes “Glass of Fizz” – This is going to be my future layout of review posts – and then IF I ever do proper swatches I’ll do this but also with a big close up (so that the person who made the polish can use them).

ANYWAY onto the review. As the people who have been on my instagram will have seen – this is my ALL TIME FAVOURITE polish by anyone – indie or mainstream (if that is even what it is called). Its a gorgeous Mauve colour that just sparkles so nicely in the sun and then still has a subtle shimmer in the shade (which lets face it – happens more than we would like in England)

Isn’t it just so darn pretty?! I know you love it. You can’t even deny that you want some. Well it sold ridiculously quickly and I was lucky to even get a bottle!
